If you live in Illinois and are enrolled in Rivian’s healthcare insurance, you have the option to enroll in Curaechoice. When you use participating Curaechoice providers, covered services have no copay, deductible, or coinsurance. Curaechoice is not insurance and does not replace your Rivian health plan. It works alongside your existing coverage and can only be used as primary coverage for participating providers.

Coverage Includes

  • Medical care through contracted Curaechoice physicians, specialists, and facilities.
  • $0 prescriptions at participating retail, specialty, and mail‑order pharmacies.
  • Curaechoice does not cover services provided by out‑of‑network providers.

Note: If you are enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an HSA, you may need to meet your IRS-defined deductible before Curaechoice’s $0 benefit applies. You’ll see this during your consent form process.
