During your first week at Rivian, you’ll receive enrolment instructions to your Rivian email on how to enrol in health and retirement benefits. If you need to make any changes to your benefit elections after you enrol, you can update elections through Telus Health (health benefits) or Sun Life (retirement benefits).
Health Benefits
You will enrol for health benefits through Telus Health. You can self-register, and will also receive instructions to your Rivian email during your first week of employment to complete your benefit elections. Learn more about how to enrol.
Once you enrol you and your dependents in benefits, your enrolment information will be sent to Canada Life. The enrolments are sent every Wednesday, and you will be able to register your Canada Life account by the Friday of that week. You will need your six-digit Rivian-provided employee ID number and the policy number 52459 to create the account.
Once you register online with Canada Life, you can link your banking information for faster claims reimbursement, submit claims, view coverage levels and access a variety of tools and resources through GroupNet, including a drug look-up tool, condition look-up tool, tests and procedures, and community support resources.
